What software i need to find slow internet issues ?

I have good internet, but in the last week i had much slower than it used to.I can’t say to provider anything because the speed is more that minimum of the guaranty . My computer is spyware free, and there are no software that slows my speed. So, can you suggest a software that find the issue of the slow speed ?
